Regarding speed up of matter in court

Can we file domestic violence case in fast track court and if so how to do that ? How can we speed up case hearings for Domestic violence in metropolitan magistrate court ?

yes it matter can speed up in the lower court but tht can be done with the help of order from the high court or if it need be be filled fresh then the matter need to be filled in speed up process advanced only to speed up the matter.
