hlo mere husbnd or in-laws or 498a 406 323 34me FIR hai or mere husbnd 11jan se mre sth maarpit krke bhage hue h 2march ko sbhi above ipc sec.me FIR Hui h ab i.o of case ne mre husbnd ki CDR niklvai h is there any right to get tht CDR copy to me plz suggest me.
no. you don't have a right to get the cdr. you may get the FIR copy and rest of the court papers, if any, you may apply to the court to get them. but the case diary with the police is an internal document for the police to maintain a record of Proceedings and may contain confidential info as well.

CDR official records hota hai apko uski copy nahi mil sakti. Lakin agar apko lagta hai ki CDR apko milni chaie to ap ek request letter us police station ke SHO ya IO ko likh sakte hai karan btate huye.
