Hello,
My husband and my inlaws are torturing me mentally and physically.My husband use abusive language and beat me physically. My mother inlaw is supporting my husband in doing cruelty to me.My husband left me in rented apartment and now staying seperately with his parents and I am staying with my parents. Its been three months he is not contacting me and not even responding to my calls and messages.
As per your facts, it is not clear that what relief you want... I mean whether u want to live with Husband or not???

File Domestic Violence against them.....
But if you want to live with husband, file section 9 (Restitution of Conjugal Rights) .
