Perjury to be Heard First Instead Of Other Applications

30-Jul-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
I am facing DV matter in which the OP has filed an affidavit lying under oath and hiding the employee status of her. I filed perjury but op adv are playing smart trying to avoid the argument on that rather they are filing numerous other applications. What application if any do I need to file in the magistrate hearing the DV matter to hear that perjury argument first

no need of filing any other application to that effect if the other side advocate is felaying by ome or the other pretext then your shall ask for the hearing by filing a simple aplication statig the pendency of the application and get any order so that you can proceed with the upper court

You may file a different case against the party for giving false affidavit and initiate criminal proceedings. You may either utilize services of an advocate of your choice to pursue it Or may in person pursue it, just that that the complaint be meticulously drafted with the help of practicing criminal side advocate.
