Sir meri patni 1 mahine se hai aur apna pura saman jaise jwellery kapde sab le gyi h aur ghar nhi aa rahi h aur keh rahi h aap par case kar diya court me miliye jabki mai ek goverment servant hu jabki koi ladai jhagda nhi kiya h maine phir bhi mujhe pareshaan kar rahi hai bataye kya kare

In my opinion it is better to send a legal notice for restitution of conjugal right under section 9 of hindu marriage act and thereafter expiration of notice period immidiatly file petition for section 9 of hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal right.
