I want to know if husband is a lawyer and his wife has filed DV case can court send notice to the president of bar for appearance of husband in court. Is the notice sent on name of President of the Bar is legally correct
no bar council cannot be held liable for appearnace of accused bar council is neither a guarantor for the accused nor he has power to forcefully precent any one before the court. It is the duty of the court if he finds fit can direct the police to present the accused before court
