Hello team! I’d like some legal advice on filing for divorce on grounds of domestic violence!

If you are facing domestic violence you can file divorce petition on the ground of cruelty. Also if you want any further remedy and protection orders you can file criminal application under Domestic Violence Act as there are number of provisions for getting protection from in-laws.
