Dear Esteemed Counsels,
I am facing a dv case wherein my wife is alleging dowry and physical violence against her. The thing here is that these are mere allegations without any time or dates. Neither she has made any pcr or police complaints.
My question here is she is filing this case after 2 years approx & has not been staying with me for 1.5 years. Also how much advantage does her late case & no police complaints help me as this is altogether a frivolous case.

Any case, whatsoever, a strong or a frivolous case, requires an effective defense. if a frivolous case has been filed against you on the charges of domestic violence. An effective defense has to be set out by lawyer to claim that no domestic violence took place which will be corrobated by the domestic incidence report along with other documents and proofs. once this case is decided in your favour, we can go for contempt proceedings and malecious prosecution against your wife.
