Need my expenses from my husband

My Name is Anuj and i had married with Robin singh in 29th april 2017 and after 3 months he misbehave with me and beat me and force me for more dowry and when i was not able to control that type of misbehave i came back my parent house. now he tell in front of all family memeber that i am characterless.
So please suggest me what can i do. I was silent from last 2 years because i was doing some study. But now its very difficult to me.

u will have to file a case under section 125 crpc for maintenence and under section 12 dv act for living in share house hold and cost of mental harassment and u can also lodge a few friends f. I. r. under section 498a against ur husband and his family for demand of dowry
