My bhabhi has filed a false DV case against all members of family in Uttrakhand state within 5 months of marriage. She wants a divorce with compensation of R's. 20 Lacs.
We lost our father and sister's husband within those 5 months currently we don't have any source of income for our living. please help us.. as in every hearing my brother spends money by borrowing form his friends. He lost his job in August this year as boss does not allowed him to take leave for 7-8 days to visit to Uttrakhand from Mumbai.
My bhabhi is a graduate and is also working..

it's enough to avoid maintenance your brother lawyer must prove that your bhabhi is able to earn and there are lot of Supreme Court cases which says that educated women is not intaitle for getting maintenance so don't worry and brother about maintenance main thing is to show Court that she can also earn smart money on her qualification

First of all what is important is to know what your brother wants? If he wants his wife back he can file restitution of conjugal rights case against her. He can also file divorce case here in Mumbai with his allegations and can seek relief.
