My Wife Has Put Fake 420 &498A Case On Me N My Mother. I
21-Nov-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
I m engineer with mnc & good a good oppurtunity for other Job. Will 420 fake case will hamper my background verification. Shes put in FIR saying i gav false company name n also said in FIR all was agrred n disclosed in 1st meeting then marriage was fixed. How to deal with new employer.... 420 looks bad... does verifiers check in depth or shall i b transparent n tell hr before joining formalities. Pls suggest.
Hi as of your new job it may be matter because even in passport verification your name will be reflected harsh it is sad your wife has put false case but now you have defend the said case kindly discuss with a lawyer for further information

in this case you have move to high court for quashing of FIR.
no employer can deny employment only on the basis of allegations made, if you get convicted then only employer can deny employment
I'll advice you to approach high court as soon as possible and be transparent to hr
