My wife filled DAV in oct 2018 and DIVORCE case on march 2019

My wife filled two cases against me, DAV in oct 2018 one is in patiyala court and one is in Saket court, and Divorce case is Patiyala court, sir i have been not working from last 8 months and now i want to work, i have selected for Airport Store T1, for that i need to apply for passport, please help me out, can i apply for passport? Or i can't And of yes than How? Bcz i need to give all three cases details in passport office, please help me

you can apply for the passport as only in criminal cases no objection certificate is required from the court to apply for the passport, but for applying the passport during the pendency of Divorce petition, domestic violence petion and maintenance petition no permission as such is required.

hello surya as i can see ur having line of litigation filled on you by your wife ans inlaws.in this regards i can help you out for tht i need to know about each and every case. you will have ur passport and you will get it no need to worry.but ur other cases have handelled by in tht manner so u need not to be stopped frm grant of passport

Hi, You may work, who can stop you from working? Its your constitutional right to work and earn money. Further, you may apply for passport as well until stay order has been levied by any court. For more information feel free to have a word with us, all the very best.
