My husband is not ready to stay with me nor he is ready to leave .from past 7 months we r staying separately.i m a Muslim and what should I do
You can file a domestic violence case against your husband for mental harassment. If you want to stay with him you can file a case in family court for restitution of conjugal rights and he will have to contest the said matter.
