my daughter sexual abuse and murder complaint disoped by police

Dear sir,
my daughter attempted murder by her husband and sexually abused by her husband father with the help of her mother and her brother wife ,my daughter complaint to women police station.ow the complaint disposed.csr received from police station.what can i do.
please send a complaint through regitered post with acknowledgement card to the Superintendent of Police. please keep the copy of the same. even if they don't file a FIR please approach the high court for the direction to file the FIR.
