In my 5 month marriage my in lwa's have tried to kill me,when they knows about my pregnancy Dropped my baby after forcibly giving me medicine. Now given a excuse about lockdown and out from home. She said I can't complaint and do sucide and whatever.

you should make up your mind that whether you want to continue your marriage with such cruel kind of husband and inlaws or you want to rid from this situation. if you decide the second option then first of all file a criminal complaint against your husband and inlaws for demand of dowery under section 498A Indian Panel Code and 3/4 Dowery prohibition Act. Secondly you should file a criminal complaint case against your husband and inlaws under domestic violence act. you can also file a petition for maintenance under 125 CrPC. if you want to get further information and guidance then you can contact me through the administrator of this website
