Mental harassment by ex girlfriend

My ex is harassing me abusing me giving me life threat.Intially I want to marry her. I also arranged meeting with my family & her family.Her father was not satisfied with my financial status.He never said no or yes.I never had intercourse with her.I am not ready for marriage because of her manipulative & abusive nature.she is troubling me a lot.stalking my address , calling me and if don't pick up her call she is threatning me that she will come to my flat and office.what should I do?
If you had not married her, she cannot file any case against you under marital laws. If you think she can file case against you under Indian Penal laws' then its not so easy for her to prove the said things as you both are major.

make an complaint in police station bro and one more thing you go to district legal aid service authority which is localated in every district court and make an pre litigation application which is totally free of cost and call her and her parents and in district legal aid authority they will make mediation and your problem will solved if not then that application will help you in further processing
