Mental and physical torture by husband and inlaws

i have been married for 5 years in mumbai bt i am born and brought up in kolkata .My husband and my sister in law had physically and mentally tortured me fr 5 years and before lock down i was diagnosed with tuberculosis and the situation became worse i decided to came my parental house and now i want to file a divorce n what i can do now according to law to get justice
You should file a criminal case of domestic violence against your in-laws and husband and after that you can also claim maintenance, so that your husband will be liable incur your monthly expenses and he will be liable to pay monthly allowance and after that you can file divorce case then you can easily get divorce from husband with good alimony at once

The events you depicted are clear example of mental and physical cruelty. My firm advice will be that you can sue them for mental cruelty and also for domestic violence; lodging such complaint will not only help you getting rid of such uncomfortable situations but also will act as a shield for any future untoward conducts on their part. If you dont want to go back and live independently, I would suggest you to go for divorce and file the suit for divorce on the ground of cruelty etc, you will certainly succeed even if your in laws fight to their last extent possible and the complaint which I advised you to lodge aforesaid would help you there in the suit.
