Marriage seperation aggrement on stamp of rs 1000/ would help in 498a
22-Nov-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
My brother wife and brother have signed on marriage seperation aggrement on e stamp of Rs 1000/- by own consent ...Now if she files later on any 498a or any other case can this aggrement will be helpful for fight against Cases..as it contains all the legal information that both were Want to Leave by own Consent , None have asked any Money , Harrased etc..
Also have Recordings of her and Their Family members with my mother and they are not arguing or making any allegation regarding any thing and putting blame only on my brother in Recording..Can These Recordings will be Helpful later on for other Family Members where they Clearly mentioned multiple times they have not issue with anyother.
Please Suggest and Guide..

Entering into an agreement will not serve your purpose. The terms of settlement should form part of the petition for mutual consent divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act. It is advisable that your brother and sister in law seek a decree of divorce through mutual consent
