Was in a relationship with a bihari guy for 3 years. Now he has escaped showing his family issues. Is there nothing that i can do??

You can immediately file complaint with police or get it proved as deemed marriage and can claim status of married wife. You will get all the rights under law. If you make further delay no body will come to your aid.

If you have “valid proof “of this relationship, then file a complaint in your jurisdicional police against him for cheating. The complaint should be done in proper way with documents and also you need to show the chain of events.
