I need maintainace amount form my husband to our daughter

Hi my native is Chennai and i married to an Andhra guy its about before two years we both got married we have 1 year old daughter...my mom and my dad they are not together from when i m 3 years old...my father he married another women without giving a divorce to my mom...my mom she don't have any support or influence on that time so she left him and she came to my grandma's home and till now we are in my grandma's house...so my husband he knows all our family situation and lifestyle boz he s our relative... So he s comparing my life with mother's life... totally marriage expenses and ever expenses till today everything s my mother's amount...he wont give any amount to me or he wont spend any amount for me and also to our daughter...if i raise my voice he will beat me...i ll get torcher physically n also mentally in my laws home... then he ll always force me to bring amount from my mother's home...ow i m in my mother's home..so shall i claim maintenance amount for my daughter...

yes mam you cliam maintenance from your husband to your child .first you file the case MC petition against your husband consent jurisdiction and you give the police compliant dowry harassment case and DV case

you can file a maintenance case for you as well as for your daughter. what is he working? How much salary he is getting ? if you want safety you can even file a domestic violence case against your husband.
