Mera husband mujhe marta hai mera maintenance nahi deta mere 2 child hai our mere in laws bhi mujhe mentally pareshan kar rahe hai
aapko court me domestic violence ka case dakhil karna chahiye aur usi me maintenance bhi mangna chahiye. aap chahe to police me bhi shikayat de sakti ho aur phir police aapke husband ko bulakar ya to karwayi karege ya use samjhayege.

First all make clear whether you are residing with your husband. If yes then you can go and should file Complaint against him in police or substitute you can go and should file criminal application under the provisions of Domestic Violence Act and can claim maintenance.
