I am suffering from my in laws Domestic Violence.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My husband and In-laws harassing me mentally, physically and financially. I reported too many in my area police. But sometime take no action. Sometimes make compromise then we live together. But after passing some day's they will start torturing again. I have a son 14 years old. He suffers in his study because lack of good atmosphere. My husband always beating me because of other women's. Always abusing me in front of my child. How can he will carry on his study. My husband not pay any little bit for home expenses. I am begging to each other for me and my son's expenses. My husband Neither pays anything nor allows me to do any work, So that I can survive our lives
Please let me know how should we survive our lives.
dear client as per your query I will only say that as you have said u have made complaint in your local police station and compromise is done by both of you what complaint have u register and what compromise has been done on paper has to be seen it's a good initially that you still want to live together but your husband is still doing the same thing so do contact me with your relevant documents so that I can suggest you better.

you should file a case of domestic violence against your inlaws. and in this case u ask for your and your son's need .in this case court can grant you maintenance and to live in share house hold and except all besic needs .
