Husband and inlaws playing games

Hello sir,
My husband is not ready tl let me live in my in-laws house..He says he will buy me a rented house..Is it possible to get residence order from court to live with in laws as I use to live there only previously..My husband and in laws had play games with me and had sent me to my mother's place and since then they are playing games with me..Is it possible if I give my statement in the court for resistance order the court gives me the order for living there even if my husband says about rented house and even though they don't want me to stay in in-laws place.
