How does one protect parents from false threat of section 498A?
One of my relatives keep giving threat of using sec 498a of domestic violence against her in laws. They are senior citizen and we want to know how to safeguard them.
yes you can protect youself and your parents by taking anticipatroy bail if you are in anticipation that an FIR shall be registered againt you under section 498a and after that you will be safe later on you habe defend youself in the matter in the court
