How get back my one year old baby from my in laws

Hiii, my self heena,I'm from Mumbai, I have one year old breastfeeding baby, my husband did physical and mentally abused me from last one year, he crossed the all limits so I ran from his home , I file the complaint against him. Want back my baby. But no one can help me neither police nor NGO's etc..what can I do
hello r u reside now in nagapur how many days of your marriage u want your baby u filed a custody case in court and also u file a domestic violence case against your husband because of you fed already police complaint against him so you can send a legal notice or filed a d v case against him and also u Fe a divorce with custoday for your child
