Cases filed in jaipur as marriage took place at jaipur. 498a,406 ,DV act and 125 going on in jaipur and 323,324 at noida since 2013. Agreed to mutual settlement in sept 2018and 3 cases closed partially by us but he didn’t withdrew 406 against me,my brother and mama ji filed at noida. So in the process of reopening. No maintainence till date for my girl child and me. I m working in noida and stays in delhi.my daughter is studying in delhi.Can I transfer my cases to delhi? Came to know about his income Through sources(30lakhs) but he took advantage of loopholes of law and till date no relief or maintenance given.
