High court dismissed my husbnd bail

Hlo my name is bharti An FIR under sec498a,406,323,34 registred on my husbnd he applied anticipatory in session court bt court dismissed thn he go to high court nd high court again dismissed his bail on this 27.11.2021 and on 10.12.2021he surrender himself in court bt till the time i.o. did not take any action on him neither arrest him also I got the warrant of his arrest in maintaince case so.....wt should I do now ki uski arrest ho ya surrender k bd arrest nhi hoti.
If the person has surrendered himself then there is no scope for arrest. But once he has surrendered himself then he will be sent to jail till the time he gets a regular bail from the court if he’s found guilty under your above said sections.

hi as you are saying that uour husband is not getting arrested even after the rejaction of the bail in tht case also your husband is not getting arrested in this matter we need to obtain an order from the court itaelf to get him arrested

If the warrant of arrest has been issues by the court and also as per your words you said he has surrendered himself then there arrest is also been done in that FIR now you can ask the court to compel him to pay the monthly maintenance to you.
