Sir mere upper ghutan complain kiya h kisi ne paiso ko leker aur mai ek student hu
Sir mughe samgh nhi aa rha mai kya kru
Aur mai mentally Harrased feel krr rha hu aur mughe kya steps lene chahiye plzz guide kigiye
You have to understand a complaint does not mean any legal proceeding unless an FIR has been registered out of that complaint . Therefore currently its only a complaint and try sorting it out on personal level with the complainant. You should maintain evidence by call recordings and screenshots if any to help you in future if an FIR is registered. If a false case is being registered against you then you should have evidence or reason to explain why this complainant is trying to frame you.

hello sir, aapki query kuch clear nahi hai. kya aap thoda brief mein Bata sakte ho ki kya hua hua hai and domestic violence kya hua hai toh mein aapki help kar paau. because filhal aapne jaisa likha hai usse kuch clear nahi ho rahe hai facts.
