FIR filled against my husband and family members

I filed FIr regarding do498A,307,34 and act 1961u/s 3,4 but it has crossed 90 days their is no investigation done and also I have a child so sent a notice for maintainance and again he sent back with one more notice act 1955 saying I need my wife and child
which are the provisions the case has been filed for divorce and u can file maintain case against him and can be getting maintainnc by the court and u can file the case against him and u can get legal relief for the divorce you have given and Wat is the stag of the case
