My wife false DV act case file in Court... Before 1 month but notice not coming to my address... We check in online through app...she is again complete in police station on dowry case.... How to face in this case ...also one question is arising me ,she is already case file in Court... Again complete to police station how is possible... Pls explain details in (Kannada or English)
criminal case is different and domestic violence case both are different , in criminal case final decision will be acquittal or conviction for the alleged offences , in domestic violence compensation will be awarded for the victim or dismissal.

DV case is not so serious case. For dowry case you can take anticipatory bail. You can also file quashing petition if FIR is filed. Some times your parents will also be involved in such cased. You may file counter cases like RCR etc. Please contact me immediately for guidance

if she given police complaints means you have to get any bail first immediately then you can search in court which name which court they register case against them better nothing will happened if she give police station complaints also better get bail
