false case of domestic violence

21-Mar-2023 (In Domestic Violence Law)
My brother had been pressurized by the girl's family to marry her, which he did without informing his family. When he stopped talking to her and meeting her she filed a false case of domestic violence and maintenance. She has never been to our house nor has she stayed here. Family members had no knowledge about the fact until we received the summon. The case is going on. Can you advice me how to come out of such a false allegation of domestic violence and abuse?
