My date of trial is fixed 07.08.2024, 29.10.2024, 10.12.2024 & 19.02.2025. I am getting date after date. My matter is not taken up due to absence of Judge & papers are not ready by Public Prosecutor. What to do next?

I can suggest two alternatives for you out of which one is going before the Hon'ble High Court to ask for a speedy trial and number two being you can also file a Quashing application challenging your Chargesheet and have the matter heard on merits before the Hon'ble High Court.
