Wife filed dv against husband, mother in law, father in law in 2016. Father in law and mother in law only appears for two times in court, after that neither they nor any lawyer from them appears in court.husband is appearing regularly., husband filed divorce and mentioned his parents has disowned him in dv case also...husband lawyer never came from his parents side..ow the case is in stage of final arguments..what court will do against mil, fil..will court pass any exparte order against them..o exemption was filed by mil, fil, ...court kya kuch karegi.. Fil has outraged modesty of daughter in law...but he didnt appear in court....husband and his lawyer have never defended fil...court kya order kr sakti..pls reply
decision of the court cannot be anticpated without looking into course of case and file , appearance of parties in domestic violence not mandatory, court will pass the judgement on merits and award the maintenance or compensation , discuss with your advocate regarding this , they help you in further procedures
