Domestic violence by husband due to financial matters

I m a govt teacher n my husband also.we got married on 19.07.2016 n we hv a 3yrs 6mnths daughter.my husband hv a per.loan for her sis marriage n hv a 25laks home loan.so at present he get only 22thausand salery in hand so he faced economic crises because he has various family responsibilities.i do my best with him n family but they r not satisfied .my husband consume my whole salery after that when I discuss any economic matter n problem he didn't like n don't want to give any answer n he used abusing words n hitting me it's usual.i hd complined on 5apr 2008 at Kotwali Barabanki at that time he accepted that he will never do violence but after 3-4 months he did n do usually.what should I do because 12.8.2020 he has hit me runaway at lucknow.i do not wants suffer domestic violence such as scald n abuse by him so I want to remove co-borower myself from his home loan which he added me by forcibly .Personal loan already taken by him forcefully.Pls advice me what to do .

dear client as per your query yur was on 2016 and compromise was 2008 my b typographical mistake have you given any complaint against ur husband again in concern with the incident which took place if given plz disclose and take action and as u said u are co borrower of loan he is the primary borrower which can be seen in relevant documents for further information please contact us.

If he has been subjecting you to domestic violence, you should file a complaint against him in the Mahila Thana; or file a complaint against him under the domestic violence act. Contact a local lawyer having experience of handling matrimonial disputes.
