Domestic violence and husband not giving money for wife

Am 54 year old my husband is torturing me from the very beginning of our marriage. He always finds excuses for not giving any money for me. Both my children are married and living separately with their spouses. My husband gave our house for rent to a family and he went and I have nowhere to go .ow he wanted to sell our house which was registered on his name .what should I do ?. His family is full support to him . I am a hindu by religion and I am a tailor by profession I earn money myself for my needs my husband is a retired central government employee.
