When there is court date my husband who is allegedly involved with my in laws in torturing me for divorce and dowry trying to make me slave of his mother and sister and when I denied all my in laws conspired against me and my 2 year old son to get me out of the house and convinced my husband to divorce me, at the time of hearing my husband who practices alot and says all the lies about me in front of the judge. I on the other hand am so disturbed because of them and also I have to take care of child so I just let go of these tortures and cruelty done to me and this causes me to go blank infront of the judge. How can I make my statement so convincing and what can I say infront of judge that will reveal all the truth of my husband and my in laws infront of the judge.

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if you have given the information to the court in detail through your W.S. then you can say that the statement he is narrating is totally false and fabricated as this can be done by your advocate but you have to give the illustrated description on affidavit to the court for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Dear ma'am, I understand your distress and frustration in this difficult situation. To present a convincing statement in court, consider the following suggestions: 1. Write down your experiences: Document all incidents of torture, cruelty, and harassment in detail, including dates and times. 2. Organize your thoughts: Structure your statement to clearly outline the events, highlighting the conspiracy against you and your son. 3. Focus on facts: Stick to verifiable facts and avoid emotional outbursts. Present evidence, like witness statements, messages, or recordings, to support your claims. 4. Show the impact: Explain how their actions have affected your well-being and your son's life. 5. Seek legal guidance: Consult your advocate to refine your statement and ensure it aligns with legal requirement Remember, stay calm and assertive during the hearing. Your advocate will help you present your statement effectively. Please take care of yourself and your child. Seek support from loved ones, counseling, or support groups if needed. Best wishes for a favorable outcome
