My friend's father beats his mother all the time and torture her for dowry. Beats her till she gets all black and blue. Abuses her to next level. And many pathetic things as well. He went to national women commission for his mother but they said, "Yaha pe Aesa hi h Aap complain mt Karo bekar h bure logo ka kuch nhi hota". What exactly should be done. This is really a seriously issue. Death threats everything. Please help us please.
