Can accused raise objection on wife evidence on next date

My wife has filed Dv act case in jan 2017 then i submitted reply and then mediation failed so now first time in Dv act case court gave petitioner evidence date which is on 20th August 2019. So my lawyer is not doing anything so on 20th August my wife will submit one fabricated CD of conversation between my elder brother and my mother in court but i cannot attend 20th august 2019 court date due to pendency of my bail in high court in 498a case (Complaint case- court has issued bailable warrant against me). So i am sure on 20th August 2019 Dv act date she will submit that electronic evidence and my advocate will not raise objection and i will be absent on that date so i have some question so please help me:- 1) Can i raise objection on electronic evidence of my wife on next date? Judge will allow me to do so or is there any legal provision to do so? 2) Is there is any way or trick to postpone petitioner evidence on 20th august 2019? 3) Can i move subsequent events addition in reply.
