Q: Cheque bounce with remarks : Stopped by drawer

My landlord refunded my rent advance at the time of my leaving the premises through a cheque. I deposited this cheque after a month and it came back unpaid with the reason : Payment stopped by drawer . Now he is neither picking up my phone nor replying to my calls . He has never intimated me also about any issue / reason for this step . What are the options available with me ?

Q: Divorce - Unregistered marriage

It will be 5yrs this coming December since I have been married to my husband. We got married in Arya samaj Mandir and have the certificate for the same. However due to various reasons we could not get the marriage registered. It has become impossible for me to live with my husband who is dominating and manipulative and we have been living off my salary even though he earns . Hence I am contemplating divorce. What is the procedure and what are my rights?

Q: Traffic Violations: Verification for Government Exams

I wanted to ask about the nature of traffic violations. If the police stops you and issue a challan and you pay it there and then, will it show up in police verification or affect in government exam police verification? Also, sometimes a court challan is issued where you appear before a magistrate and pay the court the fine and get your suspended documents back. In that case will it show up in police verification and affect government job admission?

Q: मै अपनी पत्नी से divorce चाहता हूँ । वो ना आ रही है ना अलग हो रही है ।

मेरी शादी को 3 साल हो गए है । 10 महीने की एक बच्ची है । मेरी पत्नी शादी के बाद से ही मेरे माँ पापा को तंग करती है । कभी पैसे के लिए कभी बीमार माँ से ही काम करवाने के लिए । चरित्र साफ़ नही है पर मेरे पास कोई सुबूत नही है । बच्ची को अपने साथ 8 महीने से अपनी माँ के घर रह रही है । माँ को ना समय पर खाना मिला ना दवाई । मैं मजदूरी करता हूँ 10000 तक कमा लेता हूँ । उसके भाई -बहिन माँ पापा के साथ मारपीट भी कर चुके है । पर लोक लाज से हमने कोई कार्यवाही नही की है । उसने हमारे ऊपर बच्ची को किडनैप करने, उसे जान से मारने की कोशिश करने , मुझ पर शराब पीकर मारपीट करना व् जुआ खेलना , और मासिक खर्चे के लिए कोर्ट में केस कर रखा है । मैं ना drink करता हूँ ना smoking । मैं तीन साल से तंग आ चूका हूँ उससे । ना वो मेरी बात मानती है ना मेरे घरवालो की । वो महीने में शादी के बाद से 15-15 दिन मायके रहती थी । इससे पहले भी वो ऐसे ही 4-5 बार कभी दहेज़ और कभी मारपीट के लिए शिकायत कर चुकी है । उनमे राजी नामा हो गया था । वो कभी अनजान फ़ोन से मुझे अपनी भाभी और सहेली से फ़ोन करवाकर परेशां करवाती है । उचित मार्गदर्शन करे ।

Q: Can accused raise objection on wife evidence on next date

My wife has filed Dv act case in jan 2017 then i submitted reply and then mediation failed so now first time in Dv act case court gave petitioner evidence date which is on 20th August 2019. So my lawyer is not doing anything so on 20th August my wife will submit one fabricated CD of conversation between my elder brother and my mother in court but i cannot attend 20th august 2019 court date due to pendency of my bail in high court in 498a case (Complaint case- court has issued bailable warrant against me). So i am sure on 20th August 2019 Dv act date she will submit that electronic evidence and my advocate will not raise objection and i will be absent on that date so i have some question so please help me:-1) Can i raise objection on electronic evidence of my wife on next date? Judge will allow me to do so or is there any legal provision to do so?2) Is there is any way or trick to postpone petitioner evidence on 20th august 2019?3) Can i move subsequent events addition in reply.

First of all try to take bail from high court....bcoz 20th august is late nd you cant stop ur wife to submit those evidences..nd change ur lawyer if u dont believe on him...i know many dvocates in high court if u really need one then call me
