After taking Anticipatory bail, is the case heard on the same day
Sir, I want to know the name of 7 members of my family has been given by my wife in case of dowry and assault.
Is it necessary to get all the people Anticipatory bail. Because the FIR has not been done yet.
if the fir has not been lodged then you cannot apply for anticipatory bail.
you can only file an application for anticipatory bail if the fir has been lodged.
even if 7 persons have been named in the complaint then too the police will investigate and then proceed accordingly.

General principle of Anticipatory bail has been file where the apprehension of arrest of the person by the police or FIR registered against him. Anticipatory bail is up to the completion of the investigation of police and filing the charge sheet by the police. it is not true that trial will be start on the same day when get anticipatory bail. if the persons named in first information report and they want to avoid any arrest then they should apply for the anticipatory bail.
