498a and DV case theaterning by wife and asking for huge amount

Its just 7 month since marriage. Wife has been threatening since very fst day of marriage that she will complain in police and put all family in jail and will take huge money and also sometimes threatens that she will file a case of 498a and dV. My parents are living in MP and I am residing in noida and my wife in laws house and she is working as well. Sometimes she is asking for mantainenance and property rights. Also if she file police complain then what is the consequences.Please suggest what to do?Wife is inhuman-emotionless and since marriage they have no intimacy.Wife says that till 2 years she cant be physical.Please suggest ..
apki wife apko jhuthe case m fasane ki dhamki de rahi isee pahle vo apke khilaf koi action le ap sabse pahle uske khilaf harresement ki complain court m file kare phir divorce ke liye move kare ap ssp ko bhi ek application de sakte h taki agar vo ap par case kare to uss time par ye chije apko kaam ayegi ghabraye nahi action le turant
