Will the creamy layer benefits be given if father's salary is 4.5 LPA?

Sir, i belong to obc . my father income is 4.5 lakh per annum and group b service. so sir it will be kindly enough if u tell me rather i am able to get non creamy layer facilities or not??
you are ineligible only if, Your father belongs to group a or group 1 or BOTH your parents belong to group b . So if your mother is unemployed then yes you can avail the benefit and if she is a group a or b officer then you cant . And ,remember income doesn't matter if it is sourced from salary or agricultural return.But if your family have a wealth more than 30 lakhs i.e if your parents are paying any wealth tax then you are ineligible.Also, If your father belongs to group b by being in a professional job like engineer doctor or CA … then you cant avail benefits.Further,If your father belongs to an autonomous body then chances are mere as earlier dopt has rejected few applications.Just go through obc criteria notifications available in dopt website and you can estimate your availability of the benefit.
