Hello sir
What to do if grampanchayat is not giving you the NOC for business? Is there any other way to get NOC ?
Dear Querist, what is the reason for not giving NOC. Make a official representation try to inward, if they dont accept then send it by registered post.
If still they dont revert then file writ petition in High Court.

first you need to apply for NOC for your business by written mode before Grampanchayat. If Grampanchayat not take any decision within 60 days of application. it's presump to NOC. but if the reject your application for NOC you need to file application before CEO or collector for NOC. for more information please contact me.
