What would be the stamp duty charges

I bought a flat in agra. Its circle rate is 5464000/- What would be the stamp duty charges for male and are thre any registration charges too?
The stamp duty is 8% of the purchase value of the property. If purchase value is higher than the circle rate the stamp will be charged on purchase value. The registration charges Re 1% of the documented price subject to maximum 20000/-.

Please tell me how much amount you pay. If you pay on circle rate then you will have to pay stamp duty 7 percent (male) and you will have to pay registration fees 20200 and advocate fees and some other extra expenses
