You have to give us more details, according to you father signed on blank papers for share trading account. For share trading you have sign on prescribed company form. again you are specific as to why and how your cousin got that paper and how he wish to use against you.
please send details so that we can give you specific legal solution.

that depends on the circumstances under which you had given such signed papers for someone. if it is in ordinary paper nothing much to worry but if it is in stamp paper, then you have to be little cautious. since you say it is in blank paper, nothing much to worry. however ask your cousin brother to give a photostat copy of the account and the documents produced as you are entitled for the same.

Hi,
You can file a caveat petition stating that you have signed a blank sheet of paper for an official purpose and you the fear the same can be misused. Hence in any event if the paper is used for any official purpose the same has to be notified to you. Hence you can keep yourself informed in the execution of the paper.
