What legal documents are required at the time of selling property

I have house in goa, Currently I have obtained portuguese passport and am living in the UK, This property was in name of my husband, but he passed away last year, Just wanted to know what legal documentation Do I need to sell this house?
If your husband has left any will then as per the will, if the property is given to you then you need to obtain probate in your name and after that you can sell freely.
If your husband has not left any will then you will have to get the property transferred in your name and after the transfer, you can sell the property.

If he has died intestate you need to obtain letter of administration or succession certificate first that will take some time. After that rest of the procedure can be explained on meeting. I need to check the property papers before any advise can be given.
