what is the criteria for being considered under OBC non creamy layer

Is a Catholic considered an OBC to apply for central govt jobs? If yes, what is the criteria to determine whether he belongs to non-creamy layer or not?

NO catholics do not fall into the category of the OBC. However, the criterion for the OBC non Creamy layer, your father's income must be 4.5 lacs per year.

Creamy layer comes according to caste who are down trodden. First see Cathie comes under it. Other backward caste if comes u get the job on merits based on non creamy layer by producing sufficient documents certainly u get it.
