Spelling mistake about apartment name in the sale deed

Hi Sir, I bought a flat in an apartment. The Apartment name is Fortune, but in my document it is written Fortunes throughout my document. Do I need to have a rectification deed to correct the change. If rectification deed is needed then do I have to involve the selling party also during the execution ? Please help me with your advice. Thanks and regards,

To enjoy peaceful possession of the property it would be advisable for you to get a Rectification Deed executed. It should be executed by the original parties to the sale deed i.e. the seller and buyer both. It is based on Mutual Consent of the parties.
