1. The Notarized effect & attested agreement is also enforceable in the court of law unless & until there is any doubt arose in the notarized service agreement.

2. If any of doubt of the genuineness of that service agreement better well it is registered . A registered agreement is the strong proof of genuine & it is key point of enforcement in the court of law without any doubt arose .

3. Yes . All Agreement is mandatorily registered for the sake of enforcement of better proof of admissibility as a strong evidence .

Notorized agreement is always valid in court of law because it is a written agreement and every written as well as oral agreement is valid under contract act but registered agreement has more value because stamp duty is paid on it.

service agreement is not required to be registered. upon receipt of the money for the services done or services obtained , you shall be liable for tax liability. registration is not must as the same is outside the scope of section 16 and 17 of the Rgistration Act

Your question is absurd and inadequate on details. What service agreement are you talking about? Service agreement can be devised in various ways for various purposes. Generally speaking all agreements related to immovable property need to be compulsorily registered in the State of Maharashtra. I have never heard agreements being registered in court of law, at least in Maharashtra.

Agreements are governed primarily under the Indian Contract Act, 1883 apart from various other statues. The Act provides for what agreements / contracts are valid and conditions thereof.
