you have to contact concerned police station for rectification of name. approach them with original goveenment approved identification document that has correct name of your husband mentioned and get the name rectified in police verification.

No. You cannot do it online. If the suit for partition is already filed in district court then you have to either file objection to the suit or file petition for injunction in high court.If it is not filed then you can directly file petition for injunction.

Every decree passed by lower court is appealable in India to stop injustice. So no family court will give non appealable decree. 30 days appeal time is given for decree to get executed. Only decree given by highest appealable court is absolute but you cannot approach highest court directly.

Hello. My grandfather had a house and he died. The house is in the name of still the grandfather. My grandmother is alive. She and my uncles tell that they will not give the portion to my father. He will not get anything from the property because he is saying that we should equally divide it. My father is the eldest son among all and also he is a psychological patient having schizophrenia and bipolar. Because of these discussions he get frustrated and depressed and it affects his health.also we have started some construction in the house and others are saying that they will stop it and no one will be able to construct anything.and also i think my grandmother made my fathers younger brother the legal heir. And the house was constructed by my fathers money only when he used to work in saudia arabia. He also have the proof about how much money he sent when he was there. It is around 30+years ago. Your father have right over that property being the grandchild and nobody can take that right away from him. If dispute is arising you can approach court in 2hose jurisdiction property is situated and file suit for partition.
